The Valiant Garage Door Alexa app is informational. It provides service-area answers, broken spring safety guidance, emergency repair guidance, booking direction, website information, and the Valiant phone number.

The Alexa app does not request Alexa profile permissions, does not collect payment information, does not collect personal information from Alexa, and does not open, close, or control garage doors. Amazon may process your Alexa interaction under Amazon's own terms and privacy notices.

800.com Calls And Messaging

Valiant Garage Door may use 800.com or related communication tools to receive, route, place, and respond to customer calls and messages. If you call or message Valiant Garage Door, communication metadata and message or call content may be processed as needed to respond to your request, schedule service, keep service records, and improve customer support.

Message and data rates may apply. If text opt-out commands are supported in a conversation, you may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Photos And Service Records

Photos submitted for an estimate or service request may be added to the related Housecall Pro customer record or another service record. Do not upload sensitive documents or images unrelated to the garage door issue. Photos may be used to evaluate the request, prepare an estimate, document work, support warranty or safety records, and coordinate service.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Analytics, advertising, call-tracking, chat, and embedded-service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies.
